DVD burning is not working with El Capitan?

I recently upgraded to El Capitan. DVD burning does not work via Share or Compressor. It seems to render the files and then hangs on burning. DVD burning functioned properly before the update. This is similar to what happened in 2014 with the Final Cut Pro update. Apple, please fix this bug.
